We understand that all clients regardless of their goal, age, abilities, sport, experience and availability will require significant individualization. Our goal is to ensure each session maximizes your performance while considering practice or other life obligations. With that said, we focus on biomechanics and use methods of strength, speed, power, conditioning, flexibility and mobility that will optimize your  abilities.

I am not an athlete, will you still work with me?

Most definitely. We are client centered and cater to anyone looking to improve. We will program your sessions based on your goals, needs, abilities and preferences. Our current non-athletic based clients range from body recomposition, post physical therapy returning from injury, personal development and enjoyment.
