APA offers individualized training that directly translates to sport performance and decreases your likelihood of injury. Our approach is designed to improve your biomechanics and movement proficiency through functional movement patterns and strength training.
Personal Training
We are client centered. We cater to anyone looking to improve and we will program your sessions based on your goals, needs, abilities and preferences to fit your vision with the matching experience.
Our current non-athletic based clients range from body recomposition, post physical therapy returning from injury, personal development and enjoyment.
Small Group Training
Whether your goals lie in sport performance or personal training, we offer the option of small groups (2-6). Group training gives individuals the option of working alongside others with similar interests or needs, while still receiving personalized coaching.
Team Training
APA offers team training on-site or at your off-site location. Please contact us for specifics and availability.
Stretching & Recovery
Increase your flexibility, mobility, or functional movements through our active and passive stretching services.
Assessments
We provide a comprehensive assessment to identify deficiencies or focus areas that enable our team to create a program tailored to your needs and goals.
If you’re looking for athletic development, we will address your sport’s movement patterns and specific strength requirements as it relates to your sport and position.
If your interests are not sport related your assessment will include a collaborative goal-setting process. Our team will then be able to provide recommendations and create a training environment which fits your vision.
