Online Training

Online training is available to those who are unable to come to our facility. We use a personalized online platform to provide you individualized programming. This process involves a virtual meeting to go over your goals. We will match your needs to the equipment you have available. Each training program will include demonstration videos, sets, reps, rest times, suggested weight, and additional notes via our personalized teambuildr app. Additionally you are able to provide text or video feedback to allow us to see your mechanics and progress going forward.
